Written quotations
Written quotations are normally valid for 14 days!

If the offer is accepted and you request additional graphic work which is not included in the offer (for example, designing a new logo, special scripts or licenses), we will bill separately for this work.

General:
For all tasks, there will be a prepayment of 50% of the given offer before starting the project.
An email with a Payment Link from our PayPal account will be sent. (You can pay with Visa or Master Card).
External costs for example: domain names and hosting servers, perhaps especially necessary software and software licenses, etc. can be claimed separately and then calculated 50% of the remaining amount in the offer.

The balance is due immediately upon completion of the work mentioned in the offer - but no later than 1 month after commencement, even though the project is not finished because of delay from the customer.
(This is to address the residual payment is delayed by retaining material such as text, photos, etc.)

As mentioned above, once the project is finished you will receive an invoice with a link to our PayPal account (You can pay with Visa or Master Card) and this should be paid immediately upon receipt.

IMPORTANT!
If the residual payment is not made as specified, the website will be disabled until payment is made, and there will be a reopening cost of $100.
The balance is in any case due for payment under the agreement for that project.
If the amount due is not paid within one month of the request, we will take necessary steps for recovery.

Special Offers:
Special offers, are paid in full before starting the project.
All extra work not mentioned in the offer will be charged separately, for example if you want us to design your logo, and this job is not included in the offer. It may also be other graphic work or special scripts that are not included in the offer.

Additional configuration needed:
We normally place the domain registration and hosting accounts on up to 2 servers, but if special configuration is required on a third server, for example if the customer has its own exchange server, email server or else there will be additional cost for this work.
The payment will be charged separately from the original project and is due for payment immediately after the work.

Dagaz Network Inc. does NOT accept payment by check!
Payment MUST be made to our PayPal account in all cases! (You can pay with Visa or Master card without having a PayPal account).
Email with a link to our online invoice system containing payment link to PayPal will be sent by us.
Payment link can in some cases also come directly from PayPal. For example, where there is prepayment and final invoice delivered at a later date.
